Reservations/Payment
Trips are scheduled on a first come first served basis with payment required to reserve your choice of date and time. For trips scheduled by phone payment is due at the time of reservation.
Charter Fee
Payment is due at time of reservation. To start the reservation process read the conditions below then:
- Click ‘Book’ to select your trip option,
- Click your reservation date on the Calendar – if available, click ‘Book’,
- Select your trip time by clicking ‘Book’,
- Enter number of Exclusive Charter boats or Per Person trip.
Or call us at 907-746-2199 if you would like to make your reservation over the phone, or pay by check. If you have trouble with our online reservation system or do not receive a confirmation email, please inform us by phone or email.
Conditions
Fishtale River Guides will not be responsible or liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or personal property or for cancellation expenses resulting from weather, transportation, or acts of God. Our business has been in continuous operation for over 40 years, and we know where to fish for salmon during all types of weather and river conditions. When you make a reservation with us, you can be assured we will provide high quality fishing gear, and the best opportunity to catch salmon that we have available.
Cancellations
If we must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, you may reschedule the trip or receive a full refund of your payment for the guided fishing portion of your trip.
If you must cancel a reservation — with 8 days notification before the scheduled trip — you may choose to reschedule your trip for any available date that season — or you may choose a refund for the guided fishing portion of your trip minus a $20 per person or $80 per exclusive boat cancellation fee.
For cancellations you make within one week (7 Days) and up to 24 hours prior to your trip, we allow guests to reschedule a similar (nonrefundable) trip with Fishtale River Guides for a period of up to one year from time of cancellation.
For trips you must cancel within 24 hours of departure, or for no shows, or arrivals after trip departure– we may retain your entire payment — however, with early as possible (12 hour) notification, and depending upon our schedule, we MAY at our discretion, be able to provide a within-the-week rescheduled trip.
